Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)

Blood flow Restriction (BFR) training involves the use of a blood pressure cuff to partially restrict blood flow during training. By limiting blood flow during training, you can exercise at a similar intensity with less stress or resistance on the limbs, but still benefit from muscle growth.
