We currently accept most major medical plans, including:

  • Cigna

At this time we do not participate with Medicare.

We partner with Proactive Chart - PT EMR​

payment

We accept all credit/debit cards, HSA cards, cash, and checks. We can also provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement if we do not accept your medical plan.​
