Summer Sports Performance Training Program
Our summer sports performance training program is designed to enhance strength, power, speed, and agility through a structured approach. The program consists of two four-week cycles, allowing participants to choose to attend one or both sessions.

Programmed by: A doctor of physical therapy with a specialization in sports performance

Each athlete receives a shaker bottle, and t-shirt with session sign-up

Participants can choose to enroll in:

Session One (one four-week cycle) - $365 (June 1-June 26)
