We take a scientific approach to strength programming. Using a variety of holistic assessments on your individual strengths and weaknesses,  we'll create a custom plan to improve your sport performance and achieve your goals.

Summer Sports Performance Training Program

Our summer sports performance training program is designed to enhance strength, power, speed, and agility through a structured approach. The program consists of two four-week cycles, allowing participants to choose to attend one or both sessions.

 

Program Structure*

  • Duration: Two four-week cycles

  • Workout Frequency: 4 workouts per week

  • Programmed by: A doctor of physical therapy with a specialization in sports performance

  • Pre & Post nutrition options*

  • Each athlete receives a shaker bottle, and t-shirt with session sign-up

Session Options

Participants can choose to enroll in:

  • Session One (one four-week cycle) - $365 (June 1-June 26)

  • Session Two (one four-week cycle) - $365 (July 6 - July 31)

  • Both sessions (two four-week cycles) - $600

Payment Options**

  • Health Insurance (most plans accepted)

  • HSA/FSA

  • Cash/Credit Card/Check

* Each athlete will have optional electrolytes pre-workout and protein post-workout

**After signing up you will receive a confirmation e-mail with payment instructions depending on how you choose to pay. Payment will be due at the start of the program
